This sequence relies on 10 steps:
- Visit profile (preferably on Monday)
- First call step 10 minutes after
- Connection request the next day
- Second call step 10 minutes after
- Third call step 1 day after
- Fourth call step 1 day after
- DM the next day (end of the first week)
- Fifth call step 2 working days after (ideally on Tuesday)
- Sixth call step the next day
- If still no connected call, an automatic email to end the sprint 2 days after
In a lot of industries, the meetings are booked on the phone. In that case you might be interested in that tactic.
It relies on giving everything you can to get in touch with chosen companies.
To make that strategy work, you need to choose the right amont of companies. If you don’t choose enough, you limit your chances to succeed if no connected calls, and if you choose too many, you won’t manage to make all the steps. Vincent suggests to start with 30 companies per rep, and then increase that number based on the capabilities of your reps.
If still no connected call by the end of the second week, the email is just a “goodbye”, saying you did not succeed to get in touch, here is what you do, and if no answer you’ll follow-up in the next 6 months.
