This sequence relies on 5 steps:

  • Email sent
  • Email follow-up 4 days after
  • Connection request 4 minutes after
  • Reply in thread 4 days after
  • LK message 1 day after

The strategy relies on not rushing things. Valentin wants to make sure his first email is read, which allows him to make calls to the ones opening the email in between. If he gets them over the phone, they’re out of the sequence. If not, they’ll continue an receive a second email, and so on.

That maximizes the chances to collect an answer as the sequence is spread over a total of 2 weeks, so it’s usually used a prospects with high potential value.

First email looks like this:

Hi {{firstName}},

We’re on the best possible moment to challenge YOUR KIND OF SERVICE.

I’ve noted you already used YOUR KIND OF SERVICE such as YOUR COMPETITOR.. and we’d suggest to challenge what’s in place. Our competitive advantage is…
