How to prepare a trade show or an event with Zeliq

Step 1 - Get your participant file

Grab your event attendee list! You can easily have access to this info on the trade show’s event. They don’t release participants? You can still know which companies will participate and identify the right profiles among these companies.

💡 Pro tip: Use our LinkedIn extension on Chrome to directly identify the right personas and add them to your Zeliq. Otherwise, collect first name, last name and company name.


Step 2 - Use our Enrichment Hub to enrich phone and email through csv file

  1. Select the data you want to enrich: email, phone, or both.
  2. Upload your CSV.
  3. Launch enrichment.

You get actionable contact records ready for your sequence! You‘ll receive an email as soon as enrichment is complete. You can then click "Add to prospects" to import your enriched contacts into your ZELIQ workspace!

💡 Pro tip: Use the "Detailed Source" filter and select your file name to filter enriched leads in a few clicks.


Step 3 - Create a sequence on selected leads

It’s now time to contact these leads before the event. Ideally, these steps should be completed 1 to 2 weeks before the event. If it's earlier, you risk your prospect forgetting about you. If it's less than a week before the event, their schedule will already be full.

About the sequence, we recommend a 3 or 4-step sequence that alternates between social actions and emails. Be careful not to focus on a single channel.

You can create a sequence directly from the tab or select leads from "My Prospects" and click "Add to a sequence".

Add your desired settings for your sequence. We've added a new option that allows you to pause the sequence if a lead is on vacation.
