We collect Personal Data when you sign-up for a Zeliq account, create or modify user information, set preferences or provide any other related information to access or utilize our Beta services.

We collect payment and billing information when you register for paid products or services. For example, we may ask you to provide a billing address for your account.
You may also provide payment information, such as a credit card number or bank account numbers, when purchasing products or services. We use secure third-party payment service providers to manage payment processing, which is collected through a secure payment process.
d. When you integrate Zeliq to your favorite tools
If you connect third-party accounts to Zeliq such as Gmail, LinkedIn or HubSpot, we may use information from those accounts to improve your Zeliq experience. This is dependent on the privacy policies or settings for those accounts.

View your personal information, including those you have chosen to make publicly available (first name, last name, profile picture)
Zeliq use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Conversely, third party accounts may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to your Zeliq account. It is your responsibility to review any third party integrations you authorize. Any permission(s) granted by you, grants these third parties access to your data, which may include (but is not limited to) granting third party applications access to view, store, and modify your Zeliq account data. We are not responsible for the practices of third party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to third party applications.
e. Customer testimonials
We post customer testimonials and comments on our website, which may contain Personal Data. We obtain each customer's consent via email or through other agreements between customers and Zeliq prior to posting the customer's name and testimonial.
2. How we use Personal Data we collect
The collection and processing of data will always be carried out for legitimate, explicit and specific purposes.
The main purposes for which we process Personal Data, subject to applicable law, are as follows:
Providing to you the purchased products and services (for instance, Personal Data is used when logging-in or when providing customer support);

We specify that we will naturally never sell your Personal Data to any third party.
4. How we store Personal Data we collect
we maintain an ongoing relationship with you (e.g., where you are a user of our services, or you are lawfully included in our mailing list and have not unsubscribed); or

Once the periods, each to the extent applicable, have concluded, we will permanently delete or destroy the relevant Personal Data or anonymize the relevant Personal Data. If this is not possible, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
5. How we secure Personal Data we collect
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, unauthorised access and other unlawful or unauthorised forms of processing, in accordance with applicable law.

If technically possible, you can also ask Zeliq for your Personal Data to be transmitted directly to another data controller;
Right to limitation and opposition to data processing: you can request restriction of processing of Personal Data when your data erasure, rectification or objection requests are pending and/or when we do not have legitimate grounds to process your Personal Data;
Right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on an automated process;
Right to determine the survival or not of data after death; and
