How to Connect Your Email and LinkedIn to ZELIQ

Today we’re walking you through the simple steps of connecting your email address to ZELIQ. Once set up, you’ll be ready to launch your cold email outreach and start engaging with leads. Let’s dive into the process!

How to Connect Your Email and LinkedIn to ZELIQ

Step 1: Access Your ZELIQ Account

Before anything else, ensure that you have an active ZELIQ account. If you don’t have one yet, don’t worry—you can sign up for a 2-week free trial on the ZELIQ platform here. It’s a great opportunity to experience the full range of features without any commitment.

Once you’re logged into ZELIQ:

  1. Navigate to your Profile.

  2. Click on Settings (found below your profile name).

  3. Select Emails & LinkedIn from the options.

In the Emails & LinkedIn section, you’ll see the option to add your email account. Choose between Gmail or Outlook, depending on which email service you use.

  • For Gmail, click on “Add a Gmail account.”

  • For Outlook, click on “Add an Outlook account.”

Step 3: Authorize and Connect

Let’s use Gmail as an example. After selecting Add a Gmail account:

  1. Click Continue to proceed with the integration.

  2. Select all permissions (ZELIQ needs full access to sync your inbox for outreach).

  3. Confirm by clicking on Continue again.

That’s it—your Gmail or Outlook account is now connected to ZELIQ! You’re ready to start your cold email outreach immediately.

Important Note: Email Signature and Sender Name

Keep in mind, ZELIQ does not allow you to change your sender name or email signature within the platform. These settings need to be adjusted directly within your Gmail or Outlook account before linking it to ZELIQ. So, make sure your sender information and signature reflect your professional identity and branding before getting started. This information can be updated anytime, but you’ll need to disconnect and reconnect your email account in ZELIQ after making any changes to ensure the updates take effect.

Step 4: Connect Your LinkedIn Profile

ZELIQ also lets you automate LinkedIn outreach to further streamline your sales process. To connect your LinkedIn account:

  1. Navigate back to the Emails & LinkedIn tab in your ZELIQ settings.

  2. Click “Add LinkedIn account.”

  3. Follow the steps to authenticate your LinkedIn login and give ZELIQ permission to sync your profile.

An alternative way to connect to Linkedin with ZELIQ is to go to “Sequence”. Here you will see a LinkedIn modal appear allowing you to connect your LinkedIn account to ZELIQ, and start integrating it to your sequences in order to automate your outreach.

Once connected, you can start automating LinkedIn actions like profile views, connection requests, and personalized messages—allowing you to engage prospects more effectively across multiple channels.
