Prepare for a cold calling session on Zeliq

Preparation is as much important as cold calling itself. Most reps waste 60% of their calling time on the wrong leads or scrambling to find contact info. This shows you how to organize a 2-hour cold calling session that actually fills your pipeline.

Step 1 - Find your leads

🔎 Find 100+ untouched leads fast

  1. Go on our Search, apply filters to match your personas
  2. We recommend that you to choose at least 100 contacts to make sure you have enough for 2 hours of full cold calling.
    Once you’ve identified the right contacts, assign them to yourself.

💡 Pro tip: Make sure the contacts are untouched thanks to the “Actions” column.

Step 2 - Add tasks in bulk on all your leads

  1. Go on My Leads and select the contacts
  2. Click “Add task” in the bottom
  3. Choose the right day

💡 Pro tip: We encourage you to create a dedicated view for these leads or to add a specific label such as “Cold call session”.

Step 3 - D-Day? Use our Task tab to be SUPER productive

Ready to rock!

  1. Click on "My Tasks" in the Engage section.
  2. Treat each task one by one, making sure you take note while being on the phone.
  3. Call is over? Click on
