If that’s the case, this video is for you. Today, I’m going to explain to you how you can use ZELIQ, your all-in-one sales solution in order to streamline your workflow, reach more quality prospects, and maximize your results.

Before we get into how you can use ZELIQ to optimize your growth strategy, let's first talk about defining your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

The ideal customer profile (ICP) is a customer segment that matches your offer. It's not a real person, but a synthesis of the characteristics, needs, preferences and behaviors of your most valuable market segment.

In order to define who your ICP is, you first you need ask yourself the following questions:

  • What problems are your prospects trying to solve?

  • Which of your current customers are getting the most out of your product(s) or service(s)?

  • What do all of your best customers have in common?

  • What traits do the customers of your closest competitors share?

Asking yourself these questions will allow you to get a clearer understanding of your ideal customer and their preferences. Your ICP is kind of like a beacon of shining light among the millions and millions of potential clients, that guides you in the right direction and the most promising areas for success, so it is really important that you define it as well as possible.

Create a prospect list with ZELIQ

Once you have defined your ICP, you can now start creating a prospect list using ZELIQ based on the characteristics of your ICPs.

Our Search Database containing over 1.8 billion prospects is a great place to look for your ideal prospects, so that’s what we are going to use now as well.

To give you an example, let’s say that I’m a marketing manager at a tech startup, and my ICP is innovative tech companies with 50-200 employees, primarily focused on software development, located in urban areas, and showing interest in adopting emerging technologies.

If I were to prospect this ICP profile using ZELIQ, I would start with going to my ZELIQ, go to the search bar and go to

  • In the "Prospecting" section of your space, I would add: 50-200 employees, Information and technology for the filter

  • Once I have the results, I can select the prospects that match my needs;

  • Then add them to your "prospect list" in ZELIQ and enrich their telephone and email details.

(Check the filters while filming the video)

B. Via LinkedIn Extension

ZELIQ’s LinkedIn extension is also a good way to search for and add your prospects to ZELIQ directly from LinkedIn. Again, it's very simple:

  • After downloading the ZELIQ extension on Google Chrome, perform your search as usual on LinkedIn and select the "People" filter;

  • The ZELIQ extension mirrors the LinkedIn results page. Add people to your ZELIQ prospecting list with a single click.

Segment Your Audience

Once you've identified your prospects, we also recommend a precise segmentation strategy to ensure you create targeted, high-impact campaigns!

The aim of segmentation is to break down large, generic lists into more specific segments.

You can choose to segment your audience according to geographic, economic or demographic criteria, for example. At ZELIQ, we recommend that you opt for segmentation based on the "purchase intent" of your personas. Intention-based segmentation essentially consists of dividing your segments according to the interest shown by the potential customer and the actions they take.

To segment your audiences from within ZELIQ :

  • Go to your "My prospects" area;

  • Filter the view according to the criteria or labels assigned to your prospects;

  • Click on "Create view".

That's all there is to it! You can create as many lists as you like. These lists are dynamic, i.e. they update automatically as soon as one of your prospects meets the defined filters or labels.

Create Automated Multichannel Campaigns

As a Growth expert, this is usually your favorite step: building automated, multi-channel prospecting sequences based on your segmentation.

Preparation upstream will give you even better results.

From ZELIQ:

  • Click on the "Prepare" tab;

  • Then "Sequences";

  • "Add a new sequence";

  • Configure your sequence by adding targeted prospects, contact steps, personalized content with variables and sending parameters.

By the way, if you want to know about how to create the best segments and what the best segments even are, we do have a video on that, that you can check it out here:

Dashboard

And finally, let’s talk about the dashboard!

Once your sequences have been created and sent, the ZELIQ interface gives you access to performance analysis data for your campaigns, so you can identify what's working and what's not.

These KPIs include:

  • Number of emails sent;

  • Number of contacts reached;

  • Rate of opens, clicks, replies, bounces;

  • Number of appointments made; And much more, enabling you to adopt agile strategies!

You can find all of these information in your ZELIQ dashboard, so that you can track your analytics regulary to make sure your campaigns are on track and optimize your strategies for maximum effectiveness.
